Nikki Darré

Nikki Darré is well-known for her talent in creating inviting and comfortable research environments at Fieldwork venues. Her eye for detail and love of interior decorating have been invaluable in ensuring that clients and respondents feel at ease as soon as they walk through the door.

Nikki is the President and Partner of Fieldwork, Inc. Earlier she was an Executive Vice President, Nikki oversaw a team that pays close attention to every detail, from sourcing participants for on-site or off-site research to customizing flexible rooms for focus groups. With her leadership, Fieldwork is able to provide state-of-the-art focus group facilities, high-quality respondent recruitment, and global project management that anticipates and responds to the needs of their clients.

Nikki’s contributions to Fieldwork date back to 1993 when she started as a Client Hostess while pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in English at Arizona State University. Over the years, she has played a key role in shaping Fieldwork’s success and growth, including serving as the facility president of Fieldwork Denver for 24 years, from 1997 to 2021.

Her passion for helping others extends to her role as a mentor, and Nikki is dedicated to helping Fieldworkers establish successful careers. Her dedication to both her team and the success of Fieldwork has helped make the company what it is today – a collaborative team that anticipates research needs and customizes solutions to get research projects done.
