Vineet Sahni

Vineet Sahni has an extensive work experience in the automotive industry. VINEET has held various high-level positions in different companies, demonstrating their expertise in leadership and business development. Sahni served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Fiem Industries Ltd. from May 2023. Prior to that, they were the Group CEO of Lumax Group from April 2020 to April 2023. From April 2018 to March 2020, they worked as CEO & Sr Executive Director at Lumax Industries Limited. Sahni also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Lumax World from May 2013 to April 2018. VINEET held the position of Director at VARROC LIGHTING SYSTEMS S.R.O; GmbH; S.de R.L. DE C.V. from August 2012 to May 2013. Sahni had multiple roles at VARROC ENGINEERING PVT.LTD., including Director from December 2011 to May 2013 and President responsible for Electrical division from October 2011 to May 2013. Prior to that, they worked at Minda Industries Ltd. as CEO from November 2001 to September 2011, where they successfully led the turnaround of the Lighting Division and spearheaded the establishment of greenfield projects. Sahni also served as the Head of Business Development at SCHEFENACKER MOTHERSONS LTD from September 1999 to November 2001, where they played a key role in developing business for Rear View mirrors and turning around the cable business for exports. Overall, Sahni has a wealth of experience in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of leadership, business growth, and strategic development.

Vineet Sahni attended The Air Force school in Subroto Park, Delhi from 1981 to 1983. Following this, they enrolled at Delhi College of Engineering from 1983 to 1987. During their time at Delhi College of Engineering, Vineet pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical (hons) with a focus on Automotive studies.
