Frits Nicolai

Frits Nicolai is an experienced finance and ICT director currently serving as Directeur Financiën & ICT at Trajectum LVB since 2018. Nicolai holds multiple leadership roles, including Lid RvT at Fier and Vennoot at Projectgroothandel since 2021, and has been a member of the RvC at Woonborg from 2016 to 2024. Nicolai's experience in various boards includes serving on the RvT at Cultuurzaam and ICO Partner in Kunst & Cultuur, and previously holding a position as CFO and member of the Raad van Bestuur at Zorggroep Sint Maarten. From 2005 to 2011, Nicolai was Vicevoorzitter of the Rekenkamercommissie at Gemeente Emmen. Nicolai's educational background includes an Executive Master of Finance and Control from the University of Groningen and a Post-Master in IT-Auditing & Advisory from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Other qualifications include a degree in Bedrijfseconomie from the University of Groningen and education from Nyenrode Business University and Chr. Lyceum Oostergo.
