Payam G. has extensive experience in management and technical roles within the food production and aviation industries. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Fiera Foods since October 2021, Payam achieved a BRC Certificate with 99.5% compliance through effective auditing and coaching. Prior experience includes over three years as Production Manager at Canada Bread Company, overseeing product quality and scheduling, and serving as a Quality Assurance Manager at Domino-dairy & ice cream from 2007 to 2014, where Payam focused on product safety and quality management. Additional roles include Aircraft Mechanic positions at Jetsetters Maintenance Service and Logic Air, as well as production and quality assurance roles in various food companies. Payam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Concordia University and a Diploma in Airframe Mechanics from International Career School Canada, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology from Shahid Beheshti University.
