Natasha "Tash" Durkins, CPC, ELI-MP, is the Founder and CEO of Fiercely Joyful LLC, a coaching and consulting firm established in November 2022, aimed at empowering individuals and organizations. With extensive experience at the Federal Aviation Administration from March 2007 to May 2025 in various leadership roles including Assistant Administrator and Executive Director, Tash has a strong background in aviation policy and mission support. Additionally, Tash has been involved with Chief, a network dedicated to advancing women's leadership, and has held positions in management and marketing at organizations like Q.E.D. Consulting, The Cadmus Group, National Trade Productions, Nextel, and USA Today. Tash holds a B.S. in Marketing from George Mason University and is currently pursuing coaching certification from iPEC Coaching.
