Thomas Paul

Thomas Paul has extensive work experience in program management and business analysis. Thomas joined EFI in 2017 as a Lead Program Manager, where they served as the main point of contact for an OEM. Their responsibilities included removing roadblocks in the software development lifecycle, addressing feature gaps, and handling customer escalations. Thomas also worked closely with the OEM to understand their business strategy and deliver a software product that met their needs. Thomas Paul simultaneously held the position of Lead Program Manager at Fiery, starting in 2017.

Prior to their roles at EFI and Fiery, Thomas Paul worked at Cisco from 2008 to 2017. Thomas initially served as a Business Analyst, specializing in integrating new business rules and processes on the services portal. Later, they were promoted to the position of Business Operations Manager/Senior Business Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for managing change and implementing Business Intelligence capabilities that provided critical metrics for Services Operations.

Before joining Cisco, Thomas Paul worked at Aviat Networks (formerly Stratex Networks) from 1999 to 2007 as a Business/Systems Analyst.

Thomas Paul's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management Information System from San Jose State University in 1999. Thomas also pursued a BS in Management Information Systems at the same institution, although the start and end years for this degree are not provided.
