Erik A. Moses has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership roles. Erik A. is currently the Executive Director/CEO of the Fiesta Bowl since December 2022. Prior to this, they served as the President of the Nashville Superspeedway from August 2020 to December 2022. Erik A. also worked as Of Counsel at Fisch Sigler LLP from June 2020 to December 2020.

In the field of education, Erik served as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University from May 2010 to August 2020. Erik A. taught courses on Diversity and Corporate Social Responsibility in Sports and Applied Ethics and Governance in Sports to students enrolled in the Master of Professional Studies in Sports Industry Management program.

Erik's experience in sports management includes serving as the Team President for the DC Defenders in the XFL from April 2019 to April 2020. Erik A. also held the role of Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Sports, Entertainment, and Special Events at Events DC from October 2009 to April 2019. In this position, they managed the Walter E. Washington Convention Center and the Stadium-Armory campus.

Prior to these roles, Erik was the Chief Executive Officer of the DC Sports & Entertainment Commission from June 2008 to October 2009. Erik A. oversaw the construction of Nationals Park and managed Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Stadium and the DC Armory. Before that, they served as the Director of the District of Columbia Department of Small and Local Business Development from March 2006 to June 2008, working to support and advocate for local businesses in the district.

Erik's earlier experience includes being a partner at Legacy Holdings and serving as the Business Development Director/Senior Counsel at America Online.

Erik A. Moses has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Erik A. also holds a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law. Additionally, in 2021, they received an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from LeMoyne-Owen College. In October 2022, they obtained a certification in Developing Leadership Presence from LinkedIn.
