As a 20+ year Taco Bell franchisee, John Kallergis founded Fiesta Holdings, Inc. on August 8, 2018. John serves as CEO of the company and is joined by his son and second-generation Taco Bell franchisee, John J. (JJ) Kallergis, who serves as President.

​Our company is comprised of nearly 500 Team Members, Managers and Above Restaurant Leaders who are dedicated to providing the fastest speed of service and highest level of hospitality to our customers in Ohio and Illinois.
