Rodney Lee

Rodney Lee has over 45 years of experience in loss prevention and human resources within the retail sector. Currently serving as the Director of Loss Prevention at Fiesta Mart, Inc. since September 2015, Rodney has also held the title of Human Resources Manager for Field Operations at Safeway, overseeing investigations, EEOC compliance, unemployment, litigation, and union avoidance across Texas since 2009. Prior to these roles, Rodney was the Vice President of Loss Prevention at Minyard Food Stores from February 1974 to February 2009, where responsibilities included retail management and human resources before the company's acquisition and downsizing.
