Brent Stoddard

Brent Stoddard is an experienced public administration professional currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Fiesta Bowl since April 2023 and as Deputy City Manager for the City of Glendale, AZ since July 2019. Stoddard has an extensive background with the City of Glendale, holding positions such as Director of Public Affairs and Director of Intergovernmental Programs from January 2010 to 2019, and Legislative Coordinator from December 2005 to September 2007. Prior experience includes serving as Government Relations/Chief of Staff in the Mayor's Office for the City of Mesa and as a Member Services Associate at the League of Arizona Cities and Towns. Stoddard also worked for the Salt Lake Organizing Committee 2002, where responsibilities included training and coordinating security for Olympic dignitaries. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Public Administration/Public Finance from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the same institution.
