Kristina Chumpol

Kristina Chumpol currently serves as Chief of Staff and Vice President of Community Investment at Fiesta Bowl, a position held since July 2021, after her role as Senior Director of Community Relations at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona from November 2020 to April 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Community Relations and Director of Programs & Partnerships at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale, where Kristina managed significant corporate partnerships generating approximately $500,000 in fundraising revenue and facilitated Board member engagement in strategic planning. Kristina began her career in youth development and business development roles, demonstrating strong leadership skills in hiring, training, and program development. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Arizona State University.
