Henk van Rooijen

Henk van Rooijen serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board at FIFA Clearing House SAS since February 2022, where the focus is on enhancing integrity and financial transparency in the football transfer system. Prior to this role, extensive experience was gained at Société Générale from April 1997 to August 2020, culminating in the position of Managing Director and Chief Country Officer for The Netherlands, alongside roles such as Senior Banker and Chief Executive Officer of Societe Generale Bank Nederland N.V. Henk van Rooijen also played a significant role in developing securitisation in Western Europe. Earlier experience includes serving as Deputy Manager and Head of Corporate Banking at MeesPierson from September 1985 to March 1997. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in Civil and International Law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and completion of VWO at Christelijke Scholengemeenschap Buitenveldert.
