Abdul Faisal Chibsah

Abdul Faisal Chibsah is a seasoned professional in soccer development and performance, currently serving as a FIFA High Performance Specialist since January 2022 and a Technical Study Group Member at the Confederation Africaine de Football (CAF) since July 2023. Previous roles include Head of Academy Recruitment at Charlotte FC and Head Coach at First State FC, alongside experiences as Regional Academy Scout for Philadelphia Union and various coaching positions at the University of Delaware, Wilmington University, and Goldey-Beacom College. Chibsah's foundational experience also encompasses administrative roles with the U.S. Soccer Federation.
