Andy Korner currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at FIFA, where a global HR team is led since 2020. Prior to this role, Andy held the position of CHRO and HR Director at Schweizer Paraplegiker-Zentrum from 2012 to 2020, and served as an Executive Board Member for the Swiss Paraplegic Center. Previous experience includes roles such as Head of HR and Event Manager at UEFA, along with an HR Consultant position at UBS. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen, a Cours de direction d’entreprise from Lausanne, and various Erasmus studies in finance, design management, and economics across several prestigious institutions.
