David Kelly is an experienced professional in stadium configuration and ticketing management, currently serving as the Stadium Configuration Manager at FIFA since December 2020. In this role, David is responsible for the configuration of stadiums for significant events such as the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ and FIFA Women's World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™, including conducting inspections and making seating adjustments. Prior to this, David worked at UEFA as a Venue Configuration Assistant, focusing on the UEFA EURO 2020 Stadiums, and held the position of Stadium Configuration Analyst at the FIFA Ticketing Office, where responsibilities included ticket inventory management for the 2018 FIFA World Cup and FIFA Confederations Cup 2017. David holds a BA (Hons) in Spatial Design from Liverpool John Moores University.
