Eilidh Mackay possesses extensive experience in coaching and sports development, particularly within football. Beginning as a Football Coach at Northern Suburbs Football Association in 2015, Eilidh advanced through various roles including Head of Female Football and Football Development Officer. Over four years at Northern Tigers FC, from 2018 to 2022, Eilidh served in multiple capacities including Girls SAP Technical Director and U17 Girls Coach. Eilidh also held the position of Representative Programs Manager with Northern Suburbs Football Association, overseeing player development initiatives. In addition, Eilidh contributed to the 2023 Women's World Cup as a FIFA TDS Talent Coach and Legacy Manager. Eilidh's diverse background also includes a role as a Castle Stuart Golf Links Caddy and work as a Sales Consultant for OTM Group. Eilidh holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Business and Sport Studies from the University of Stirling.
