Kate Halliday is an accomplished professional in workforce management with extensive experience in major sporting events. Currently serving as the Head of Workforce Management at FIFA since August 2022, Kate has a proven track record of leadership in various roles, including Workforce Consultant for the Rugby League World Cup 2021 and Freelance Workforce Lead for the World Gymnastics Championships 2022. Previous positions include Challenge Events Project Manager at Comic Relief and Workforce Planning & Operations for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.
