Paul Kemp

Paul Kemp has extensive experience in workforce management, planning, and forecasting. Paul started their career at Newcastle Building Society in 2009 as a Planning and Forecasting Manager. Paul then moved to Newcastle PCT as a Service Development Manager before joining Barclaycard in 2012, where they held various roles including Demand Planning Analyst, Planning Manager, and Head of Workforce Management. In 2020, they transitioned to Vocare Group as the Head of Workforce Planning and in 2022, they joined Saga plc. as the Head of Workforce Management. Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated strong leadership, communication skills, and a track record of delivering cost savings and operational improvements through strategic planning and execution.

Paul Kemp obtained a Diploma of Higher Education in Business Studies from Northumbria University between 1997 and 2001.
