Bess Swanson

Bess Swanson is the Regional Chain Director for FIFCO USA, where they lead the Midwest and Southeast Chain Team, applying over 13 years of experience in various sales and management roles within the company. Previously, Bess served as Chain Director, managing substantial customer relationships with Walmart and Target, and achieved recognition with the FY2024 Surprise and Delight Award. They began their career at Pabst Brewing Company, where they revitalized brands across the Midwest, and have held roles in distributor management and account management throughout their professional journey. Bess is based in Detroit, MI, and is currently pursuing degrees in Fashion Design and Liberal Arts.
