Oscar Diaz Marti

Oscar Diaz Marti has extensive work experience in supply chain and planning roles. Oscar currently holds the position of Senior Director Supply Chain Planning Americas at Campari Group since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Global Director Supply Chain Excellence at Campari Group from June 2018 to December 2020.

Before joining Campari Group, Oscar worked at SWAROVSKI from 2011 to 2018. During their time there, they held the role of Global Director Demand Planning, Inventory & Merchandising from July 2015 to May 2018, and also served as the Supply Chain Director from December 2011 to June 2015.

Prior to SWAROVSKI, Oscar gained experience at Sara Lee, where they held various roles from 2005 to 2011. These roles include Head of Demand Planning, S&OP Champion from July 2010 to November 2011, Head of Sales & Operations Planning from July 2008 to July 2010, Head of Materials Management from April 2007 to June 2008, and Supply Planning Manager from February 2005 to March 2007.

Before Sara Lee, Oscar worked at Danone as a Supply Chain Project Manager from April 2003 to January 2005. Oscar also gained experience as an Information Technology Consultant at Everis from January 2000 to April 2003 and as an Engineering Intern at HP from September 1997 to November 1999.

Oscar Diaz Marti attended the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering.
