Antonio Ayales has extensive experience in sales and marketing, primarily in the beverage industry. Since July 2012, Antonio has held various roles at FIFCO, including National Sales Manager, On Premise Trademarketing Manager, and Export Manager, alongside a previous position as Gerente de Categoría de Bebidas Carbonatadas for PepsiCo. Prior to FIFCO, Antonio served as Sr. Brand Manager for Central America at Reckitt Benckiser from May 2011 to July 2012 and worked at HJ Heinz as Business Development Manager for Central America and Brand Manager in Costa Rica from March 2005 to April 2011. Antonio holds a Máster en Dirección Internacional de Empresas from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, an MBA from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, and a Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas focused on Comercio Internacional, complemented by foundational education at Lincoln School.
