Alastair Leadbetter

Alastair Leadbetter has extensive experience in health and safety management, currently serving as Health and Safety Manager at Fife College since February 2014. Prior roles include Health and Safety Advisor at Carnegie College from May 2010 to February 2014, and Health and Safety Team Manager at Edinburgh Building Services from August 2005 to May 2010. Alastair began the career as Area Coordinator at Scottish Water between 2002 and 2004. Educational qualifications include a NEBOSH Environmental Management degree from Fife College in 2018, a NEBOSH Diploma in Health and Safety from Forth Valley College (2008-2009), and various certifications in management and civil engineering, culminating in a Higher National Certificate in Civil Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University (1989-1991).
