Shubhika

Shubhika is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, teaching, and content creation. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of FIFE Organization since June 2020, Shubhika also teaches Punjabi and manages social media for Hardev Handicrafts. Previous roles include being a professor at AAFT, where direction, production, TV & advertisement, and screenplay writing were taught, and a senior content developer at Oomphistan and senior content writer at India Forums. Shubhika has contributed as a project associate at Nirantar Trust and as a youth program coordinator at Breakthrough India, focusing on gender sensitivity workshops and events. An educational background includes a Master of Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Ambedkar University, alongside a Bachelor's in English Language and Literature from Delhi University and a Diploma of Education in Japanese Studies.
