M.D. Jahangir Hossain Uzzal

Md Jahangir Hossain Uzzal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT support and operations management. Currently serving as an Academic Expert and Industry Assessor at the Bangladesh Association of Call Center and Outsourcing (BACCO) since November 2017, Uzzal has also held significant roles at FIFOTech, including Head of Operations and Manager of Operations since April 2014. Prior to this, Uzzal worked at Virgo as a Senior IT Support Services Engineer from May 2009 to March 2014, where responsibilities included lead generation for international campaigns, VoIP system monitoring, and tiered troubleshooting of Cisco equipment. Uzzal's earlier experience includes serving as an IT Support Engineer at xoom it, focusing on hardware troubleshooting and network management from October 2007 to May 2009.
