Betsabe Rocha (Betsy)

Betsabe (Betsy) Rocha has extensive experience in economic development and supply chain management, currently serving as the Secretaria de Desarrollo Economico at Municipio de Monterrey since October 2021. Prior to this role, Betsabe held various leadership positions, including Directora General at Cluster de Electrodomésticos and Chief of Staff at Gobierno del Estado de Nuevo León, where responsibilities included managing strategic projects and operations. Betsabe's prior experience also encompasses roles in supply chain strengthening and investment coordination in Nuevo León, as well as experience in import-export operations. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Master's degree in International Business from Universidad Regiomontana S.C.
