Richard Coleman

Richard Coleman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Richard started their career as an apprentice with IBEW Local #358/456 in 1990 and worked their way up to become a journeyman and foreman. In 1998, they joined Unity International Group as a Senior Project Manager and Account Executive, where they gained 12 years of construction management experience.

In 2010, Coleman joined Digital Realty | Telx as the Director of Construction, where they performed due diligence on prospective sites, conceptualized and developed data center expansions, managed budgets and schedules, and oversaw the installation and commissioning of data centers and supporting infrastructure.

From 2016 to 2020, they worked as the VP Design & Construction at 1547 Critical Systems Realty & The Martin Group Construction Services. Then, in 2021, they joined fifteenfortyseven Critical Systems Realty (1547) as the EVP-Construction & Development, where they currently hold a role.

Richard Coleman attended IBEW Local 358/456 from 1991 to 1995, where they studied Electrical Theory & Practice and earned a degree in Electrical. Additionally, they obtained a NJ State Licensed Electrical Contractor #1680800, although the specific time period and field of study for this certification are unknown.
