Meaghan Doherty

Meaghan Doherty, MS, is currently the Account Strategy Lead in Medical Communications at Fifth Element. They previously served as SVP and VP, Management Director at AREA 23 on Hudson, where they specialized in prelaunch, launch, and co-promotion activities, focusing on healthcare professional education and engagement. Meaghan began their career as a Marketing and Public Relations Intern at TD Garden, followed by a Project Manager role at Hudson Global, LLC, and a Public Relations Associate position at Elmira College. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Master of Science in General Management, both from Elmira College.
