Stephen Lindsay

Stephen Lindsay is an accomplished entertainment industry professional, serving as Co-Founder and President of The Road Company since January 1997, which specializes in distributing award-winning theatrical productions across North America. In addition, Lindsay co-founded RoadCo Entertainment in September 2020, focusing on live entertainment experiences in collaboration with Sony Music Entertainment. As a Founding Member and Investor of Fifth Estate Entertainment since January 2018, Lindsay contributes to theatrical production and management in New York City. Lindsay also co-founded BSL Enterprises LLC in February 2015, overseeing investments and management of key Broadway properties and ventures. Lindsay holds a degree in Music, Music Industry, and Music Performance from Syracuse University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
