Jay Sklenar

Jay Sklenar has a diverse and extensive work experience in electrical engineering spanning over two decades. Jay is currently working as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Fifth Gait Technologies, Inc. since 2021.

Before joining Fifth Gait Technologies, Inc., Jay worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2015 to 2021 as a Senior Hardware Design Engineer. In this role, they led a team of 5 other electrical engineers and was responsible for the design and development of the next-generation Intel-based dual-socketed mid-range HPE/3PAR storage node controller. Jay started as an Electrical Engineer II and eventually became a Senior Electrical Engineer II with Honors. Their responsibilities included the design and development of custom embedded processor circuit cards and extensive collaboration with software engineers, firmware engineers, and various engineering disciplines.

Prior to their work at Raytheon Missile Systems, Jay worked as an Electrical Engineer I at Raytheon Missile Systems Company from 1999 to 2001.
