Jay Lewis

Jay Lewis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology management and business leadership. Currently serving as Co-owner and Vice President at 5th Gear Technology Concepts since July 2021, Jay previously owned and operated Byte Network Solutions, LLC from January 1997 until its merger with 5th Gear in 2020. Jay’s earlier career includes roles such as Sharepoint Analyst II and Network Support Technician for the City of Franklin, TN, where responsibilities encompassed website administration and IT support across multiple government locations. Jay also held positions as a police officer and investigator at Austin Peay State University, contributing significantly to the development of training programs and operational procedures. Educational credentials include a BBA in Business Marketing from Austin Peay State University and additional studies at the University of Phoenix.
