Alex Rener

Alex Rener is a seasoned professional in the restaurant industry with a diverse background in operations, facilities management, and training. Currently serving as the Director of Facilities at Fifth Group Restaurants since September 2025, Alex has previously held significant roles including Executive Chef at Traina Enterprise Inc., and Director of Operations Services & Franchise at T.MAC Restaurant Group. Prior experience includes positions such as Manager of Learning and Development at Ignite Restaurant Group and Manager of Operations Learning and Development at Romano's Macaroni Grill, where Alex focused on training and operational excellence. Alex earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Cal State Northridge from 2000 to 2006.
