Michelle H. has a diverse work experience in the media and entertainment industry. Michelle began their career as a Marketing Intern at Revolver Entertainment in 2012. Michelle then worked as a Sales & Acquisitions Intern and later as a Distribution Intern at Metrodome Group. In 2013, they joined Discovery Communications as a Media Planning Intern. Michelle then moved on to Paramount Pictures International as a Distribution EMEA Intern in 2014. Later that year, they interned as an Analyst Intern at Solon Management Consulting. From 2015 to 2018, Michelle worked at The Ingenious Group as an Associate, Media Investments. In 2018, they became an Investment Manager at They Fyzz Facility. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Business Development at Fifth Season, starting in 2019.

Michelle H. completed their Abitur (German High School Diploma) at Annette-von-Droste-Hülshoff-Gymnasium. Michelle then attended Masaryk University Brno for a summer school program in Czech Studies. Following that, they pursued a BSc in Business Management at King's College London from 2011 to 2014.
