Shalimar Verador has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and executive search roles. Shalimar is currently working as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition & Executive Search at Fifth Season, a studio focused on anti-racism and feminism in the entertainment industry. Prior to this, they were the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at CJ ENM Entertainment Division.

Earlier in their career, they held roles such as Communications Manager at Community Partners and Program Associate at Liberty Hill Foundation.

Shalimar also attended Maryknoll School in Honolulu, Hawai'i for high school.
