Tracy Davis is a seasoned professional in rights management with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. Currently serving as Director of Rights Management at both Endeavor and FIFTH SEASON since March 2021, Tracy previously held the role of Director of International Licensing & Contract Management at Fox Networks Group Content Distribution from January 2017 to March 2020, where management of the Global Sales Planning & Rights team was a key responsibility. Tracy also worked as Associate Director and Commercial Director - Music at Endemol Shine Group from October 2010 to November 2017, overseeing music and secondary rights licensing. Earlier career positions include Global Music & Secondary Rights Manager at The Walt Disney Company (2002-2010) and roles at Edel Germany GmbH and PRS for Music, where foundational skills in copyright management were developed.
