William Davis, J.D., currently serves as the Assistant to General Counsel, SVP of International TV BA, and SVP of Labor Relations at Fifth Season, where responsibilities include drafting contract templates and negotiating various agreements for the TV International Distribution Department. Prior experience includes a role as an Entertainment Law & Policy Fellow at Paramount Pictures, focusing on production and marketing agreements, copyright issues, and legal research on distribution rights. Previous positions include fellowships at the Motion Picture Association, specializing in consumer privacy rights and copyright implications of emerging technologies, and working as a Legal Research Specialist at Bloomberg Industry Group. William Davis has a Doctor of Law degree from Howard University School of Law and additional training in Entertainment Law from Southwestern Law School, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Howard University.
