Jeffrey Fine

Jeffrey Fine is a third generation Las Vegan and a dynamic entrepreneur with two decades of experience launching successful businesses in real estate, retail, and gaming in Southern Nevada. He has a deep understanding of the industry, driving growth, operational excellence, and customer-focused strategies. He launched Fine Concepts, with oversight of 25 concept stores in the Valley. Jeffrey also launched Fine’s Food and Beverage Ventures, securing exclusive development rights in Nevada for The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and has expanded to 15 locations.

Fine launched Silver Nugget Gaming in 2007, where he acquired the Silver Nugget and the Opera House Casino. He is a partner in the District Tavern Group, operating three gaming taverns at The District at Green Valley Ranch, including Balboa Pizza Company, Al’s Garage, and Kennedy Tavern (Parkway?). Jeffrey established Fine Properties in 2005, where he has developed several unique, high-end retail projects in Summerlin and the 40,000 sq ft Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Headquarters. Fine previously worked as a real estate investment banker in New York for Nomura Securities U.S. real estate subsidiary, following Law School.

Fine currently serves as an active member with Opportunity Village, United Way of Southern Nevada, the Down Syndrome Organization of Southern Nevada and Best Buddies Nevada. Fine has previously served on the Board of Directors for The Public Education Foundation and the Jewish Federation of Las Vegas and adopted the Booker Elementary Empowerment School in west Las Vegas. He was named one of the 40 Most Influential People Under 40 in Nevada by In Business Las Vegas.

Fine obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Arizona, graduated cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law, and is a member of the State Bar of California.
