Carrie Lichter

Carrie Lichter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational risk management and governance, currently serving as the Head of Enterprise and Non-Financial Risk at Fifth Third Bank since September 2003. In this role, Carrie oversees operational risk management, including enterprise risk oversight, program design, vendor risk management, and cyber risk management. Prior positions at Fifth Third Bank include SVP and Chief Operational Risk Officer, as well as SVP and Director of Strategic Sourcing Governance, where Carrie developed vendor risk management programs. Earlier in their career, Carrie held various audit roles at Fifth Third Bank and worked as a Consultant at Computer Sciences Corporation.
