Jason Paulateer

Jason Paulateer is a seasoned financial services professional with extensive experience in community development finance. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Group Head of Community Development Finance at Fifth Third Bank, Jason leads a team that provides financial services to small businesses and non-profits supporting low-to-middle-income families. Previous roles at Fifth Third include Interim Chief Community Impact Banking Officer and CED Market Manager. Prior to joining Fifth Third, Jason held positions at PNC as Vice President & Market Manager and Development Advisor, as well as serving as Executive Director at National City CDC. Jason's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and a BBA in Business Management from Grand Valley State University, along with several leadership development programs.
