Jessica Rohrkemper

Jessica Rohrkemper has over 18 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, currently serving as SVP and Head of Support Services for Treasury Management & Commercial Payments at Fifth Third Bank since December 2005. Previously, Jessica held multiple leadership roles within the same bank, including SVP of Shared Services - Marketing and VP of Business Process and Controls Management. Prior to Fifth Third Bank, Jessica worked at Provident Bank as a Document Custody specialist and earned an EMBA from Xavier University in 2015. Jessica also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Xavier University, further enhancing a strong foundation in business management and operations.
