Scott McClintock

Scott McClintock, CPA, has extensive experience in commercial real estate and credit solutions. Currently serving as the Senior Credit Solutions Director at Fifth Third Bank since April 2015, Scott oversees the CRE Credit Solutions teams for underwriting and portfolio management. Prior positions include Senior Vice President at Fifth Third Bank and multiple senior roles at Bank of America, where responsibilities encompassed credit portfolio management and the delivery of credit products. Scott's background also includes co-founding Black Bear Advisors and serving as a Senior Real Estate Analyst at Lat Purser and Associates. Scott holds a BSBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
