Cathy Torregano

Cathy Torregano is an experienced project and construction manager with a diverse background in single/multi-family and commercial development, as well as project management for natural gas treatment equipment. Currently serving as Project/Construction Manager at Fifth Ward Community Redevelopment Corporation since August 2013, Cathy has also held significant roles such as Project Manager at J.R. Manufacturing L.P. since January 2010, and managed a $3.2M renovation project for a senior living facility at Pleasant Hill CDC in 2019. Additionally, experience includes managing compressor station equipment projects at Mueller Environmental, overseeing solar-powered splash pad construction at Reliant Energy, and leading project management at Newpoint Gas. Previous positions encompass program management at Halliburton, senior project management roles at BMC Software, and engineering documentation at Texas Instruments and Cameron.
