As FifthColor’s Director of Marketing, Ashley creates marketing plans, communication strategies, and brand implementations for multi-million-dollar organizations and introduces brands into new markets through integrated social media campaigns.
With FifthColor, Ashley led the strategy, concepting, and execution of a lead acquisition campaign for a client that landed one of FifthColor’s clients a $500M+ national retail chain. Ashley was a significant driver behind Torke Coffee’s increase in eCommerce, yielding over a 100% increase in revenue in the first year of their new website. She also assembled and executed a strategic plan for the Sheboygan Department of Public Works’ automated garbage and recycling rollout, which earned the 2020 Recycling Excellence Award from the Wisconsin DNR. Additionally, Ashley managed the execution of two 80-year-old companies’ repackaging, finding ways to maintain their history while appealing to their new target audiences.
Formerly, Ashley worked as the Public Relations and Social Media Coordinator in the marketing department for Blue Harbor Resort. She managed numerous monthly social media advertising campaigns for the resort, leveraged earned media opportunities, and managed the design efforts for collateral and creative campaigns. Prior, Ashley was on the marketing team at John Michael Kohler Arts Center. Ashley helped market JMKAC events to an estimated 160,000 visitors each year.
