Tracy Toye

Tracy Toye currently serves as the VP and Head of People Operations at Fig, a digital lender enhancing borrowing experiences for Canadians. With extensive experience in various strategic and operational roles, Tracy has previously held senior management positions at Fairstone, where contributions included overseeing digital and technology initiatives, and Stradigi AI, focusing on commercial operations and partnership management with Microsoft. Prior roles at Citi involved leading strategic planning and digital transformation projects, while earlier experiences at TouchTunes and in the franchise sector provided a foundation in project management and consulting. Tracy holds an MBA in Strategy from Concordia University and additional MBA credentials in Global Finance and Leadership from SUNY, along with a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
