Judith Carr-Rodriguez has a diverse and extensive work experience in the advertising and creative industry. Judith is currently the Partner and CEO of independent creative agency FIG, where they lead the agency in creating compelling brands for the Information Age. Prior to this, Judith served as the President at MRY, a creative and technology agency, where they played a key role in the agency's re-launch and integration process after its acquisition by LBi. Judith also held the position of President, LBi US, where they oversaw the growth and success of the agency's offices in New York City and Atlanta. During their time at LBi, they were involved in driving digital transformation for clients and securing flagship accounts. Before joining LBi, Judith held various leadership roles at Wheel, Lowe Live, and Lowe Direct, where they gained valuable experience in account management. Judith has successfully managed diverse portfolios and worked with clients including Nestle, National Gallery of Art, Moneygram, WebMD, BT, Barclays, Unilever, and Sony Playstation. Throughout their career, Judith has consistently demonstrated their ability to lead, drive growth, and create remarkable brands.

Judith Carr-Rodriguez completed their education in the field of Modern Languages at the University of Bristol from 1995 to 1999. Judith specialized in French and German during their time at the university. In addition to their degree, Judith has obtained a certification as a Section4 Certified Product Strategist from Section4 in May 2021.
