Jerome Rousseau

Jerome Rousseau is currently the COO at FightCamp. Prior to that, they were a course facilitator at Le Camp, where they were responsible for fostering entrepreneurship within the Quebec startup ecosystem. Jerome has also worked as a business consultant for Startup Weekend Québec and as a dance instructor at Studio Party Time.

Jerome has always been passionate about helping others reach their full potential. As a course facilitator, they loved creating courses and classes that would teach entrepreneurs the basics of launching a tech startup. Jerome was also responsible for screening and finding relevant industry experts to teach entrepreneurship, leading workshops on different market validation methods, and helping entrepreneurs draft and review their pitch decks.

In their previous role as a dance instructor, Jerome was responsible for teaching students of all ages how to dance. Jerome enjoyed watching their students grow and improve over time, and they were always proud to see them perform on stage.

Jerome is a people person who loves to network and build relationships. Jerome is always looking for ways to connect people with the right resources and opportunities.

Jerome Rousseau studied journalism at Université Laval and then went on to study business at the Centre de formation professionnel Gabriel-Rousseau.

They work with Tommy Duquette - Chief Content Officer, Alexandre Marcotte - Chief Technical Officer, and Patrick Chandler - CMO. Their manager is Khalil Zahar, CEO.
