Kavita Madhvani

Kavita Madhvani has held a number of roles in the financial services industry. In 2011, they began their career as a Pooled Funds Dealer at Henderson Global Investors. Kavita then moved to Tibra Capital in 2012, where they served as a Multi Asset Class Analyst. In 2014, they joined IntercontinentalExchange, Inc. as a Client Sales Lead. In 2017, they moved to DIFC as a Banking & Capital Markets - Business Development. Most recently, they co-founded Fighter Shots in 2020.

Kavita Madhvani completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the London Business School in 2020. Kavita had previously obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Politics, Philosophy & Economics from the University of Hull in 2011. In 2020, they also obtained a certificate in Startup Success: Five Proven Business Models from Emeritus.
