Andrew Hogan currently serves as the Head of Insights at Figma, overseeing a global research portfolio that encompasses design, AI, digital transformation, and design leadership. In addition to hosting FigBrew, an interview series exploring design and digital product trends, Andrew is also a Research Committee Member for the Design Executive Council. Previously, Andrew spent seven years at Forrester, progressing from Analyst to Principal Analyst, where responsibilities included leading design competency and contributing to numerous research reports on customer experience and digital interaction. Earlier experience includes roles at R2C Group and T3, where Andrew focused on digital strategy and account management. Andrew holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas State University.
