Arielle Abelon is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in various industries, currently serving as a Senior Recruiting Sourcer at Figma since October 2022, supporting Global Business Operations, Marketing, Product Support, Sales, and Data Science with a focus on full life-cycle recruiting. Previously, Arielle worked as a Recruiter for Sales at Qualified, where responsibilities included full life-cycle recruiting for the go-to-market team, and as a Recruiting Sourcer for Engineering and G&A, establishing foundational sourcing practices for the Talent Team.
