Greg Huntoon

Greg Huntoon is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Design Advocates at Figma since January 2025, Greg previously held positions including Lead Product Designer at Cedars-Sinai, where impactful projects included pioneering a zero-to-one internal product and enhancing the Catalyst Design System. As Head of Design at Fyllo, emphasis was placed on establishing a research discipline and developing a comprehensive design system. Greg's tenure as VP of Design at DEFY Media saw significant growth in team size and creative output, while earlier roles included Creative Director positions at Real Pie Media and Media Temple, among others. An educational background in Ecological Anthropology and Writing from the University of Redlands supports a well-rounded design perspective.
