Jordan Hsu

Jordan Hsu is a talented design professional with extensive experience in product design and user growth strategies, having worked at notable companies such as Figma, Strava, and Uber. At Figma, Jordan held the positions of Design Manager and Staff Product Designer, focusing on monetization and community growth. Prior to that at Strava, Jordan led growth marketing design initiatives which included A/B testing and optimizing user acquisition strategies. At Uber, Jordan served as a Lead Product Designer for acquisition efforts and as a Communications Designer, enhancing user signup experiences and driving continuous optimization. Jordan's expertise further includes a role as Lead Growth Designer at Help Scout, managing marketing assets.
